A. That is the correct way to find the answer. You want to find the value of u such that sqrt(1-u^2/c^2) = 1/4

(1-u^2/c^2) =1/16

15/16= u^2/c^2

2.9*10^8=u
B. No.The fastest jets fly less than 1000 m/s.
