force between two charges, F = k*q^2/r^2

= 9*10^9*7.6^2*10^-12/0.15^2

= 23.1 N

net force acting on one charge

Fnet = sqrt(F^2 + F^2 + 2*F*F*cos(60))

= sqrt(3)*F

= 1.732*23.1
