Answer is zero. There is no change in total energy of the system (no acceleration) since it is not changing the height of the steel. However, is there is frictional force encountered (no info given, so assume zero), there will be work done against this frictional force.

w = f * d

f = m * a

a = 0 ==> f = 0 ==> w = 0

p = w/t = 0/2.7 = 0
