Fundamental frequency = 350/3 Hz

Velocity of sound in air= 334m/s

Length of pipe= wavelength /4 for fundamental mode.

Wavelength= velocity/ frequency = 334*3/350= 2.86m

Length of pipe= 2.86/4= 0.716m
