Doppler eqn states
First convert speeds to m/s so 135km/h = 135*(1000m/km)*(1h/3600s) = 37.53m/s and 81.0km/h*(1000m/km)*(1h/3600s) = 22.49

fL = fS*(v + vL)/(v + vS) = 500Hz*(345 + 37.53)/(345-22.49) = 593.05Hz
